Family planning reinforces people’s rights to determine the number and spacing of their children.

Research shows that as much as 30% of maternal deaths and 20% of child deaths could be averted if women space their pregnancies two years apart.

India’s Vision FP2020 showcases the plan to provide family planning to an additional 48 million women. We are supporting the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, by developing innovative reproductive health training models.
