Getting started with peer-to-peer training:

  1. Gather your team and equipment, including enough mobile devices for each pair
  2. Introduce the topic they will be training on
  3. Instruct them to pair up and have each pair split their roles between instructor and trainee
  4. Make sure the instructors have a mobile device at hand
